With over 16 years of experience in both entrepreneurial and large enterprise organizations, Karen has held various senior positions across multiple disciplines including Client Services, Project Management, Sales, Operations, and Technology. From 1989 to 2002, Karen built and led many large complex cross-functional teams while working with Bell Canada, a national leader in communications. She gained extensive knowledge running Call Centers and Client Service Operations, including Project Management, and was instrumental in the creation of an Emerging Technologies team focused on the design and implementation of complex Contact Center and IP Telephony applications for the enterprise business market. Karen graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto with a bachelor of business degree in 1987. In 2001, she completed the Executive Leadership Program at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
