Rob Henderson – Chief Operating Officer

Rob brings to DECOSTA an impressive track record of success in management and leadership positions. Rob has a unique mix of business development, operational, financial, and leadership experience that will help DECOSTA achieve its aggressive growth strategies.
Rob’s prime responsibilities are to manage the day-to-day operations of the business, implement growth strategies and processes, and ensure that DECOSTA clients are receiving exemplary customer service.

Rob is passionate about the development of entrepreneurship in Canada. He serves as an advisor to Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship (ACE), an organization of which he is a proud alumnus, along with having served a two-year term as president in the late 90's. Rob is also actively involved in the National Angel Investor Organization (NAO), an organization he played a prominent role in creating, serving as its first General Manager.

In his spare time, Rob can be found competing on a local hockey rink, golf course, or poker table.
